At JadedSB, we use high-quality 14K gold fill or Sterlig Silver for most all of our bracelets, rings, and necklaces.

14k Gold Fill: Unlike gold plating, 14K gold fill consists of a thick layer of real 14K gold pressure-bonded to a silver or brass core. This process creates a long-lasting, tarnish-resistant finish that won’t easily rub off or fade, even with daily wear.

Sterling Silver: A versatile and sophisticated metal with that classic silver look. It is a durable, lightweight, long lasting that is perfect for everyday wear. We use .925 certified sterling silver.

Gold vermeil: we use gold vermeil for some of our pendants, offering a luxurious gold finish with extra durability. (pronounced ver-may) is a high-quality jewelry material that consists of a thick layer of 14K-24K gold plated over a base of .925 sterling silver. Unlike standard gold plating, vermeil requires a minimum gold thickness of 2.5 microns, making it more durable and long-lasting.

Gemstones & Pearls: We use only natural gemstones and genuine freshwater pearls, carefully selected for their quality and beauty. Each piece is ethically sourced, ensuring that our jewelry not only looks exceptional but also adheres to high standards.

Shipping Policy

At JadedSB each item is handcrafted with care. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Upgrades: For faster delivery, shipping upgrades are available at checkout. If you choose an expedited option, your order will be prioritized for quicker shipment.

Shipping Notifications: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Packaging: All items are gift wrapped and shipped without an invoice unless otherwise requested. Please let me know if you would like me to enclose a small card with a message and I will happily do so free of charge!

Jewelry Care Tips: To keep your jewelry looking like new, follow these simple care tips:

Polishing: Gently clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth designed for 14kt Gold Fill and Sterling Silver to maintain its shine.

Chemicals: While our jewelry is swim, sweat, and shower-proof, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine, pools, hot tubs, and spas, as these can affect the finish over time.

Storage: Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in an airtight container (for sterling silver), to minimize exposure to moisture and air.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns on non-custom items under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and items must be in resalable condition. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

How to Request a Return: To start a return, please email us at jadedjewelrysb@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, including your invoice number and a brief reason for the return.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any shipping upgrades from the original order are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Condition of Returned Items: If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
