One-Year Warranty: We guarantee our products against tarnishing or breakage for one year from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues within this timeframe, we will gladly replace or repair your item free of charge, provided there is no evidence of unnecessary wear and tear.

Repair Conditions: Free repairs under the warranty are valid only if the jewelry shows no signs of unnecessary wear, such as links being pulled tightly or other visible damage.

For eligible free repairs under the warranty, please follow these steps:

Send the jewelry to us in a padded envelope.

Enclose a postage-paid, return padded envelope with the address you wish for us to return the item to.

Include a note clearly explaining the issue and what needs to be fixed.

Repairs for Accidental Damage

We understand that accidents happen! If your jewelry was accidentally damaged, we are happy to assess it for repair. While these repairs may not qualify for free service, we will provide an estimate after reviewing a photo of the damaged item. To request this type of repair:
