I guarantee against any tarnishing or breakage for one year. However, the charm on this necklace is silver plated and therefore is not guaranteed. If you have any problems with the Sterling Silver chain or clasp during the first year, they will be replaced. Please see my terms and conditions for information on how to request a replacement or repair.
RETURNS: I will offer a full refund (minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping upgrades that were made on your original order) on all non-custom items returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition, and you must email me within 3 days of receiving the item with return request and invoice number prior to sending the item back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
