All items are gift wrapped and shipped without an invoice unless otherwise requested. Please let me know if you would like me to enclose a small card with a message and I will happily do so free of charge!

I guarantee against any tarnishing or breakage for up to one year. However, if you should encounter such problems within that timeframe, I will gladly replace or repair your item free of charge. RETURNS:
We offer a full refund (minus a 15% restocking fee and any shipping upgrades that were made on your original order) on all non-custom items returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in resalable condition, and you must email me within 3 days of receiving the item with return request and invoice number prior to sending the item back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
