Is there a warranty?
I guarantee the workmanship and quality of all my products for one year. I use high quality stones and sterling silver or gold filled wire. I guarantee against any tarnishing or breakage for one year. However, if you should encounter such problems during that timeframe, I will gladly replace or repair your item free of charge. Please see my terms and conditions for information on how to request a replacement or repair.
What is Gold Fill?
All chains, clasps, and findings featured in our jewelry collection are crafted from either sterling silver or gold fill. 14k gold fill offers an exquisite and cost-effective substitute for solid gold, as it involves permanently bonding a genuine layer of gold onto a base metal through heat and pressure. This process results in a composition containing over 100x more gold than typical gold-plated items. Gold fill jewelry is highly resilient, resistant to chipping or flaking, and won't tarnish over time. It presents an excellent alternative to pricey solid gold pieces, delivering an appealing appearance and, with proper care, a lifespan exceeding 10 years. Gold fill jewelry is also great for those with sensitive skin.
All gold fill and sterling items are guaranteed for 1 year and will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
*Please note, there are a few pendants that are gold or silver plated and cannot be guaranteed.
Care instructions
All sterling silver and gold fill items can be cleaned using a soft polishing cloth or a standard liquid jewelry cleaner. Oxidation is natural and can be easily removed with either method without any harm to the product.
There are a few charms or pendants that are silver or gold plated and should not be cleaned this way to avoid removal of the delicate plating. Any plated items are clearly stated in the description. Please message me if you have any questions regarding the finish of your items so I can inform you of the best method.
Does the jewelry tarnish?
We use high-quality sterling silver and 14k gold fill materials, which are designed to withstand daily wear, including in the shower. However, natural oxidation from exposure to air—especially ocean air—can cause some jewelry to develop a slightly darker patina over time. The good news? A quick wipe with a polishing cloth will easily restore its original shine. To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend storing them in a dry place when not in use.
How do I care for and clean my jewelry?
Jewelry Care Tips: To keep your jewelry looking like new, follow these simple care tips:
Polishing: Gently clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth designed for 14kt Gold Fill and Sterling Silver to maintain its shine.
Chemicals: While our jewelry is swim, sweat, and shower-proof, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine, pools, hot tubs, and spas, as these can affect the finish over time.
Storage: Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, preferably in an airtight container (for sterling silver), to minimize exposure to moisture and air.
Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging options?
Packaging: All items are gift wrapped and shipped without an invoice unless otherwise requested. Please let me know if you would like me to enclose a small card with a message and I will happily do so free of charge!

Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
We process orders quickly and our designer handmakes every piece once orders are placed to ensure fast shipping. Once an order is placed through Jadedsb.com, changes are not guaranteed. However, if you need to modify your order (such as updating the shipping address or adjusting an item), please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate the request. Once an order has been fulfilled, we’re unable to make changes.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order in real-time.
Can I order jewelry for special occasions or events in bulk?
Absolutely! We love fulfilling bulk orders for special occasions—whether it’s a sorority reunion, large bridal party gifts, corporate events, or any other celebration. We frequently accommodate these requests and are happy to customize pieces to make your order extra special.
For bulk orders of identical items, we offer special pricing and can discuss customization options. Please reach out to us with the quantity needed and details on what you're looking for, and we’ll be happy to assist!
Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns on non-custom items under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, and items must be in resalable condition. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.
How to Request a Return: To start a return, please email us at jadedjewelrysb@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, including your invoice number and a brief reason for the return.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any shipping upgrades from the original order are non-refundable.
Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Condition of Returned Items: If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during transit?
All orders are shipped with insured carriers to protect against loss or damage during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office first.
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and find the best resolution, whether that’s a replacement or a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!
